The fourth annual Hospices of Sonoma Celebration weekend is a tasting and auction of 2006 vintage Pinot Noir from Russian Hill Estate Winery and other fine producers from the Russian River Valley, Green Valley, Carneros and Sonoma Coast regions.
Russian Hill Estate has been chosen to host one of the Friday night dinners that begin the weekend of Pinot Noir celebration. Join our family for an intimate evening celebrating the great food of the Sonoma Coast region paired with some of our favorite wines from our library. Celebrated Chef Christine Piccin, noted for her ability to combine the best of France and Sonoma in her cooking, will prepare a meal highlighting regional ingredients with a touch of Old World elegance. We will begin with hors d'oeuvres on our patio overlooking some of the best views in Sonoma County and move into the "ballroom" of the winery residence for an intimate, candle lit dinner and an enjoyable evening with great ambience.
The Saturday extravaganza begins with a barrel tasting of specially crafted Pinot noirs followed by a sumptuous feast of Wine Country cuisine and the exciting barrel auction. Following the auction, enjoy a live performance by Eddie Money and his band.
